Here we are, Jerry and Kim
we make a first-rate team, Jerry with his Bachelor's
degree in Animal Science and Kim with a Masters degree in Business.
We both love animals and horses, more specifically Arabians. We are a small breeder that strives for
perfection. Jerry and Kim started together by naming the farm "Countless Arabians" after
Tongas Count,
barn name is Count. A grey stallion that has a disposition that
will do anything you ask him to do. We acquired him from Kim's
beloved cousin Bob Wilson that in 2003 had decided to pass over to
another life. The name suggests however that we have "countless"
Arabians, when in fact we don't. We are very articulate in the
bloodlines that we choose to breed and therefore have settled with a
farm name of Grand Haven Farm which is what our property truly
inspires and our Arabians are Pure. So with the Arabians
we went back to a name that Kim started 10 years ago as
Pure-Arabians to signify the Arabian breeding.
We strive for all of our horses to have a disposition that is just
like Counts, because "pretty is what pretty does" and as we strive for
that athletically in the show ring and/or outside; sometimes it ends
up being in the breeding shed.

We have 35 acres of land here on our farm for our horses to have pasture
time on grass that last almost year round. We welcome visitors
to come and visit us at our home and see the horses that we are proud
to own. The scenery is additionally beautiful, this picture is
our back yard. We are located just 15
miles from the famous tourist attraction, Chimney Rock where the movie
"The Last of the Mohicians" was filmed.
